Privacy policy.

Effective January 1, 2025 Revision 1.0 Governs FrontierAndField.com

§ 01 Scope

This policy describes how Frontier & Field (the "firm," "we," or "us") handles personal information submitted through this website, including the seller submission form on the Sell Your Land page and the referral submission form on the Partners page.

Frontier & Field is a private land acquisition and development firm. We are not a real estate brokerage, lender, or financial advisor.

§ 02 What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. Specifically:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number, if you provide them.
  • Property details you submit — address, parcel ID, acreage, county, and any context you choose to share.
  • For partner submissions: your firm or office, role, and the situation you describe.
  • Limited technical data automatically collected by the hosting environment, such as IP address and browser type, used only to keep the site running and secure.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account information, or any sensitive information through this website. Do not include such information in any submission.

§ 03 Why we collect it

We use submitted information for one purpose: to evaluate the property and respond to you. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Acknowledge your submission and communicate with you about the property.
  • Research parcel records, zoning, utilities, and other public data about the property.
  • Prepare a written technical evaluation of the property.
  • Make and document an offer, or communicate a clear pass.

We do not use submitted information for advertising, marketing lists, or any purpose unrelated to the property under review.

§ 04 What we share

We treat every submission as confidential. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not list submitted properties on the MLS, on signage, or in any public marketing.

We share information only with parties whose involvement is necessary to evaluate or close on a property:

  • Internal team and advisors directly engaged in the technical review of your property.
  • Retained legal counsel and licensed third-party closers, if a transaction proceeds.
  • Service providers who host this site, deliver email, or process form submissions, under standard confidentiality obligations.
  • Government or legal authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process.

For partner referrals, we communicate with the property owner only through the referring partner unless the partner directs otherwise.

§ 05 Retention

We retain submitted information for the time needed to evaluate, document, or close on the property — and afterward, only to the extent required by law or by our standard business records.

You may request that we delete your submission at any time by emailing the address below. We will honor reasonable deletion requests, except where retention is required by law.

§ 06 Security

We take reasonable measures to protect submitted information, including encrypted transport, limited internal access, and standard hosting safeguards. No method of internet transmission is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

§ 07 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you.
  • Request a copy or correction of that information.
  • Request deletion of that information.
  • Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — though, as noted above, we do not sell or share information with third parties for their own marketing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may verify your identity before completing the request.

§ 08 Cookies and analytics

This site uses minimal cookies — only what is necessary to keep the site running and to understand basic, aggregate usage patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social-network tracking.

Most browsers allow you to disable cookies. The site will continue to function without them.

§ 09 Children

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the site, contact us and we will delete it.

§ 10 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted on the page itself.

§ 11 Contact

For privacy-related questions or requests, email office@frontierandfield.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

This policy is provided in plain language for clarity. It is not a substitute for legal advice. Specific transactions may be governed by separate, more detailed agreements.
